Clients that are going to file a Chapter 7 will pay only $306 plus reasonable attorneys fees that depend on the complexity of your case. Chapter 13 clients will pay a filing fee of $281 plus reasonable attorneys fees. In some cases Chapter 13 clients may pay only the filing fee down, and have all fees included in the plan. We are also proud to offer discounts for all active duty and former military personnel as our way of saying thank you.
