Jason T. Moss, Esquire is the president at the law firm Moss & Associates, Attorneys P.A., where he focuses exclusively in the areas of litigation and bankruptcy.  His firm received the 2003 South Carolina Bar Pro Bono Law Firm of the Year.  Mr. Moss earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of South Carolina, Magna Cum Laude, and his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law.  He was also elected into the prestigious national honor society Phi Beta Kappa.  Mr. Moss is Federally Licensed, a member of the South Carolina Bar, and the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association.  He has spoken at the South Carolina Bankruptcy Lawyer Association Annual Seminar, The South Carolina Bar and NBI. 

Steve Huggins is an original founding partner with Mr. Moss, has been in private practice for more than 11 years, where his main area of practice is bankruptcy law. He has represented over 3700 clients in bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Huggins earned his B.A. degree from the University of South Carolina and his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar and the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association.

Christopher Edwards, the managing attorney for the Greenville office of Moss & Associates, P.A., practices in the areas of bankruptcy and consumer law. Prior to joining Moss & Associates, Mr. Edwards practiced civil litigation and criminal law with Moore, Taylor & Thomas in West Columbia. He earned his A.S., and B.A. degrees from the University of South Carolina and his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Mr. Edwards is a member of the South Carolina Bar and the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association.

Jane S. Ruschky, a Columbia native, is a member of the South Carolina Bar and the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association. Prior to joining Moss & Associates, Attorneys, P.A., in 2007, Ms. Ruschky was an assistant solicitor for the 5th Judicial Circuit of South Carolina (Richland and Kershaw Counties) for nearly five years, specializing in drug prosecution. In 2002, she earned a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law, serving as an editor for the South Carolina Environmental Law Journal and a member of Phi Delta Phi. In 1999, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of South Carolina.

Jay McMillian joined Moss & Associates, Attorneys, P.A., in 2011 as an attorney in the Charleston office. He is a native of North Myrtle Beach, SC and currently resides in Goose Creek, SC. Mr. McMillian earned his B.A. in Political Science and History, magna cum laude, from Newberry College in 1997, and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2000. In addition to bankruptcy, Mr. McMillian was a law clerk at the South Carolina Department of Revenue, practicing in the areas of Real Estate and Family Law.

Heather Bailey Miss Bailey has been working with Moss & Associates, Attorneys P.A., since 2006.  Moreover, while completeing her legal studies at the Charleston School of Law, she was featured in the television series "Crowned" which was nationally televised on the WB network, then she studied abroad focusing on International Law at the University of Amsterdam in 2009, and graduated from the Charleston School of Law in 2010.  She obtained her Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in 2010, and passed the SC Bar in February 2011.  She is currently working under the direct supervision of Mr. Moss while she awaits completion of her licensing requirements.
